The Orthopedic Sofa Bed is made of cotton and linen. The cover is removable for easy cleaning (Take the cover off and throw it in the washer). There's some ergonomic situation going on with this bed too. That's what we've heard. How would we know? We don't know anything about Dog beds..... :)
